It looks to be an up round although the non-dilution rights may be a deal killer. Surprisingly, there is strategic interest from FB, Google and Amazon. Had to say no to Fox. Not sure if I want to mediate the board disputes, but for another $25 million may be willing to accept the pain. Isn&#039;t fiction great, Keith?</description>
