Recently, I joined Steve Murphy and a panel of guests on Insider Exclusive. I am not a lawyer. But I am a fan of the show and appreciate the insights from “America’s Premier Lawyers.” In these videos, Andrew Entwistle provides an excellent overview of the Madoff affair—addressing issues like whether investors will get their money back. Other panel members include Larry McShane of the NY Daily News and William Black, author of The Best Way To Rob A Bank Is To Own One. In the long run, the financial crisis and credit crunch will result in a decrease in liquidity and financing that will limit the supply of properties in the market.
